The sign above their door is a 16"x240" Print on ACM with a gloss over laminate done as a 3 piece print.

ACM is great for outdoor signage. It's weather proof and tough, and with lamination, it will last many many years. It's also a great material if you are mounting your sign the side of a building or to a wood blank. You're able to drill right through the sign without having to worry about cracking it.
